$30/night (includes utilities)
Weekly
$175/week (includes utilities) Weekly rates are for 2 people. Additional people are $10 a week. Children under 16 are free.
Monthly
$400/month (plus utilities) Monthly rates are for 2 people. Additional people are $40 a month. Children under 16 are free. Monthly rentals require a $75 deposit for utilities. All monthly rentals are considered residencies and require a residency application. Please select our residency tab for more information.
RV's must have all holding tanks and be self contained if unplugged. RVs must be pre-approved. You can do this by emailing photos of all four sides to sharktoothrv.ranch@gmail.com. Approval is based on a neat and clean appearance. We do not allow window air conditioners.
